Helmets Off

May 15, 2018

Gambling on sports teams is up to the states. The Supreme Court of the United States has deemed it a states right to deem it legal or illegal to gamble. With only two states in the country, Utah and Hawaii, not allowing gambling on a state level, it seems like there may be a huge rise in the profits going to all the people involved in each individual sport. Helmets Off host Scott Mitchell thinks that the NCAA is where the huge amount of money is really going to be seen from this legalization of gambling. Sorry though Utah and Hawaii, it's doubtful it's going to be legalized here anytime soon.

Scott Mitchell takes his helmet off to show you the inside scoop on all kinds of sports from football to even golf. Scott Mitchell is a former NFL quarterback who was a star quarterback at the University of Utah before going on to have a professional career playing with the Miami Dolphins, the Orlando Thunder, the Detroit Lions, the Baltimore Ravens, and the Cincinnati Bengals. Scott also hosts the podcast Rivals with former NFL player Jason Buck. You can find Helmets Off on Facebook at, on Twitter at, and YouTube at https://bit.l
